At Polli Sudha, we strive to deliver our 100% pure and natural Jaggery (আখের গুড়) combos to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping practices and delivery timelines below.
1. Shipping Charges
- Free Home Delivery: We are proud to offer 100% Free Home Delivery on all our 3kg and 5kg Jaggery combos across all of Bangladesh. There are no hidden shipping fees at checkout.
2. Order Processing and Verification
- Verification Call: Because we primarily operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) model, our customer service team will call the phone number provided at checkout to verify your order and delivery address.
- Processing Time: Once verified, orders are typically packed and handed over to our courier partners within 24 hours (excluding Fridays and public holidays). Unverified orders will not be dispatched.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Delivery times depend on your location. We partner with reputed third-party courier services (such as Steadfast, Pathao, or RedX) to ensure nationwide coverage.
- Inside Dhaka City: 1 to 2 business days after dispatch.
- Outside Dhaka (District Level): 2 to 3 business days after dispatch.
- Outside Dhaka (Upazila/Village Level): 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
Note: While we make every effort to deliver within these timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to severe weather, political unrest, or remote delivery locations.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Guidelines
- Payment must be made in full (in cash) to the delivery executive at the time of delivery.
- Open Box Policy: Standard courier rules apply. Customers are required to pay the delivery executive before opening the sealed package. If there is a visible issue with the packaging (e.g., leaking or broken box), please contact our support team immediately while the delivery person is present.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive an SMS from the courier partner containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel’s live status. Our delivery partners will also call you before arriving at your address.
6. Unsuccessful Deliveries and Refusals
- Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your parcel at least two times. If you are unavailable, please coordinate with the delivery executive to reschedule.
- If a parcel is returned to us because the customer provided an incorrect address, an unreachable phone number, or unreasonably refused the package at the doorstep, Polli Sudha reserves the right to restrict that customer from placing future COD orders.
7. Damaged Parcels
Since Jaggery is a food item, we package our combos securely to prevent damage. However, if your package arrives visibly severely damaged or leaking, please take a photo/video immediately, refuse the delivery, and contact us so we can dispatch a fresh replacement.
