1. General Conditions
- Acceptance: By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these terms.
- Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, particularly in cases of suspected fraudulent orders or a history of unaccepted Cash on Delivery (COD) parcels.
- Service Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
2. Products and Pricing
- Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and accurate weights of our Jaggery (আখের গুড়) combos as precisely as possible. However, because our products are 100% natural and traditionally processed, slight variations in color, texture, and taste may occur from batch to batch.
- Pricing Updates: Prices for our 3kg, 5kg combos, and any other products are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of checkout is the final price you will be charged.
- Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
3. Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery Scope: We offer free home delivery all over Bangladesh.
- Timelines: While we process orders promptly, delivery times are estimates and depend entirely on our third-party courier partners (e.g., Steadfast, Pathao, RedX). Delays may occur due to weather, political unrest, or remote locations.
- Receiving Parcels: For COD orders, the customer must pay the delivery executive before unboxing the product. If there is a visible issue with the packaging, it must be reported to us while the delivery executive is still present.
4. Billing and Account Information
- Accuracy of Data: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and shipping information for all purchases made at our store. Providing an incorrect phone number or address may result in order cancellation or delayed delivery.
- Verification: We reserve the right to verify your order via phone call before dispatching it to the courier.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
- Perishable Goods: Because Jaggery is a consumable food item, returns are generally not accepted for “change of mind.”
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged package, a leaked container, or the wrong product (e.g., a 3kg combo instead of a 5kg combo), you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery, accompanied by clear photographic or video evidence.
- Resolution: Upon verification, we will issue a replacement or a partial/full refund depending on the severity of the issue.
6. Prohibited Uses
You are prohibited from using the site or its content:
- For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
- To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others (including scraping our product images or copy).
- To submit false or misleading information.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
